Volunteers – We Need You!!

We need your help to make the sale a success, and hope you will join us as a volunteer. Our volunteers are the first to shop, before the public or even the consignors! Not a consignor, not a problem you can still volunteer, see non-consignor incentives below.

Consignor Volunteer Incentives

Work one Volunteer shift – Earn two passes to the Volunteer Pre-Sale.

Work two shifts - Earn four passes to the Volunteer Pre-Sale and earn 70% of your consignment sales.

Work three or more shifts - Earn four passes to the Early Bird Pre-Sale and earn 75% of your consignment sales.

Non-Consignor Volunteer Incentives

Work one Volunteer shift – Earn two passes to the Volunteer Pre-Sale.

Work two shifts – Earn four passes to the Volunteer Pre-Sale.

Work three or more shifts – Earn four passes to the Early Bird Pre-Sale.

***As a non-consignor we ask that you sign up for a work shift(s)prior to the start of the Pre-Sale. Those would include Pre-Sale Marketing and sale set-up work shifts prior to the Pre-Sale on Thursday.***

View the Schedule to find the volunteer shift that works best for you and then sign up! If you are a Registered Consignor you can just login to your account to sign up for a shift. Non-Consignors can register for a Volunteer shift by using the Non-Consignor Registration link.

What is a Volunteer shift?

Not a Consignor? Not a problem!

You do not have to be a consignor to volunteer. If you would like a Pre-Sale pass just work one volunteer shift. As a non-consignor we ask that you sign up for a work shift(s) prior to the start of the Pre-Sale. Those would include Pre-Sale Marketing and sale set-up work shifts prior to the Pre-Sale on Thursday.

What if I cannot work all the shifts?

You do not personally have to work all the volunteer shifts; you can work one, with your husband filling in another and your brother helping out with set-up for the third slot as an example.
