Work a shift prior, during or after the sale
There are a variety of different work shifts you can sign up for. Working 4 hours will earn you one volunteer shift.
Volunteer shifts prior to the sale
These shifts are available to non-consignors and consignors. There are several 4 hour shifts available Wednesday 10am thru 7pm and Thursday 10am thru 2pm. Take a look at our schedule to find one that works best for you.
- Drop off helper
- Check in consignor’s items and assist in putting items on the sales floor
- Pre-Sale helper
- Helping shoppers as needed
- Working the hold area
Volunteer shifts during the sale
These shifts are available to consignors only. There are several 4 hour shifts available Friday 8:30am thru 7pm and Saturday 8:30am thru 6pm. Take a look at our schedule to find one that works best for you.

- Organizing sale items as needed
- Helping shoppers as needed
- Putting out road signs prior to the start of the sale
Volunteer shifts after the sale
These shifts are available to consignors only. There are several 4 hour shifts available Saturday 6pm thru 8::30pm. Take a look at our schedule to find one that works best for you.
- Sale Helper
- Pull consignors unsold items
- Tear down sale displays
- Take down road signs
Not a consignor, Not a problem!
You do not have to be a consignor to volunteer. If you would like a Pre-Sale pass just work one volunteer shift. As a non-consignor we do ask that you sign up for a work shift(s) prior to the start of the Pre-Sale. Those would include Pre-Sale Marketing and Sale Set-Up work shifts prior to the Pre-Sale on Thursday. What if I cannot work all the shifts?
You do not personally have to work all the volunteer shifts; you can work one, with your husband filling in another and your brother helping out tear down the sale, as an example.
How do I sign up?
If you are a Registered Consignor you can just login to your account to sign-up for a shift. If you are not consigning, but still want to volunteer you can sign-up through this link. Or you can access the links to the right.
